Where we ship

We ship across the United States, and we also offer local pickup from our kitchen in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

Local pickup

Pickup is free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we will email you as soon as yours is ready to collect. Please bring your confirmation email with you.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged at checkout. Rates are shown before you pay, so there are no surprises after the fact.

Handling time

Everything is baked to order, so please allow us time to bake and pack before your order leaves us. You will receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Frozen and perishable items

Our products are fresh-baked with no preservatives. Frozen items are packed cold for transit. Please plan to be home on the delivery day, and refrigerate or freeze your order as soon as it arrives.

Once an order leaves our kitchen, transit time is in the carrier's hands. We cannot control weather delays, carrier delays or a parcel left sitting on a doorstep. If a delay affects the condition of your order, contact us and we will make it right.
